You can access the New EMR Portal by visiting the New EMR Delivery Body Portal webpage and clicking on the New EMR DB Portal Log In button. The CfD Application Assessment Window for AR6 and results will be released on the 20th May 2024

    Termination

    A Capacity Agreement can be terminated if a CMU fails to meet its key obligations outlined in the Capacity Market Rules.

    The Delivery Body issues a Termination Notice to the Capacity Provider when a Termination Event occurs. Capacity Providers then have the option to either submit a dispute to the Delivery Body or send a request to the Secretary of State to either have the Termination Notice withdrawn or extended.
