Connection Arrangements

Certain Capacity Providers are currently only able to defer submission of connection agreements to the Delivery Body at the time of Prequalification if a Distribution CMU applying for a T-4 Agreement.

Distribution Connection Agreement

New Build Distribution connected CMUs need to provide deferred distribution connection agreements to the Delivery Body by 18 months (T-4 Auction) or at Prequalification.

Private Network connections

New Build CMUs connected to a Private Network need to provide confirmation that the Private Network has an agreement for connection and use of Distribution Network with the relevant Distribution Network Operator. 

Transmission Connection Agreement

Transmission connected CMUs must provide a Connection Agreement stating Transmission Entry Capacity (TEC) during Prequalification. Transmission Connection Agreements cannot be deferred.
