The Delivery Body is aware that Monday 19 September 2022 will now be a bank holiday to coincide with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's State Funeral. We have therefore sought advice from BEIS on this matter in relation to the current Prequalification Submission Window and we can confirm that, in agreement with BEIS, there will be no change to the final date of the Prequalification Submission Window which will close on Tuesday 20 September 2022 at 17:00

The Delivery Body will however be contactable via telephone and email on the bank holiday between 9.00am and 5.00pm to assist with urgent prequalification queries.

Pre-validation Application checks

The final automated pre-validation checks on all Applications that have been saved or submitted in the EMR DB Portal to date have been made today. These validation checks are not intended to indicate a reject or approval outcome for each Application but to support Applicants in identifying areas that may need to be reviewed before final submission. We would like to remind Applicants that documents within an Application are not assessed as part of the validation checks.

The Delivery Body is not obliged to check Applications prior to the Application Assessment Window opening, however where the pre-validation checks have identified possible errors in an Application, you will receive an email with the details recommending that you review these prior to the Prequalification Submission Window closing.

Prequal Team Update

As in previous years, please be aware that during the Prequalification Assessment Window our email account will not be closely monitored as our focus will be on assessing submitted Applications. Should you have a question during that period, please still email us but there may be a delay in our response. The phone lines will remain open but members of the Prequalification Team will not be available to take your call. We will resume our normal email service and availability on the phone lines for Tier 1 Disputes and we will share more on this closer to the time.

Prequalification Results Day

Prequalification Results day is 1 November 2022 when you will be able to view your Prequalification Results letters in the EMR DB Portal. We will share further information nearer the time.
